OUR VISION

Full Throttle Boxing and Training Centre aims to be the best boxing gym in Canberra, with head coach Bryan Roberts having the following achievements:

Bryan has dedicated his life to this sport and gym, getting belts to prove that Full Throttle is the place to be if boxing / fitness is what you are wanting to learn or return to.

GYM MEMBERSHIPS

Full Throttle Boxing and Training Centre offers one membership to suit all at a standard rate of $65 a week. this membership gives you access to all of our classes. The classes consist of our showtime boxing and functional fitness. Showtime boxing is tailored for members that are wanting to focus on improving their boxing / fitness skills, whereas our functional classes are made for people wanting to improve their fitness.

Personal Training

Full Throttle specialises in Personal Training. We will work with you to achieve your goals and provide you with functional, challenging and diverse sessions to keep you motivated and achieving above and beyond. Our trainers have a wealth of experience and will provide you with a high-quality, supportive, and friendly service no matter what your health and fitness goals are.

Group Personal Training

We provide small group personal training that changes regularly to keep it interesting and challenging. We limit the number of participants to ensure every individual is receiving maximum support from the trainers around technique. Group fitness is a great option to meet new people and build a fitness community while being supported by a professional trainer.

Full Throttle Showtime Boxing

Full Throttle offers a range of boxing sessions. These are run by qualified boxing coaches who can provide boxing for any gym participant for fitness benefits as well as more specified boxing coaching for aspiring boxers who are looking to compete.

12 Week Body Overhaul Program

We offer a 12 week Body Overhaul program that provides personal training, group sessions, fitness training programs, nutritional guidance, 24 hour access to online video programs and nutritional information, eating plans and information seminars presented by a range of guest speakers. The program is designed to meet your individual needs and work towards your own goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, increase fitness or something else we can tailor it to suit you!
