Bryan Roberts

Bryan is extremely passionate about the industry and has been working as a personal trainer since 2007. He has trained many clients of all ages in both Goulburn and Canberra through group fitness, boot camps, small groups and individual personal training sessions. He is well known for his diverse knowledge, advanced skill set and dedication to working with his clients to achieve their goals. Some of his clients goals have included competing in body sculpting competitions, marathons and other fitness events, body weight loss or body transformations and functional fitness, just to name a few. Bryan spent time working with a rehab specialist and is very experienced in working with clients undertaking rehabilitation post surgery or training around injuries. Bryan’s dream of starting Full Throttle came to life in 2014 as a small Personal Training studio. Bryan wanted to provide clients a safe and welcoming environment that could also be up to date with new and practical knowledge to best support clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Bryan has a strong passion for training and is committed to helping clients achieve above and beyond their goals and through this passion has now expanded to what Full Throttle Boxing and Training Centre is today.

Bryan is very committed to fitness both through work and his personal life. Growing up he played cricket, football and played Canberra Premier League soccer. Bryan?? discovered boxing in his early 20s and competed in over 30 amateur fights, including representing ACT at nationals in multiple weight divisions. He has also completed his Boxing Coaching training and specialises in training new fighters. More recently Bryan has transitioned to become a professional fighter.

Jack

Jack???s training interests have varied over time. He has spent nearly 10 years training as a kickboxer as well as training in functional fitness. More recently he has found an interest in powerlifting and has had some great results with this. He has also pursued further studies in nutrition which is a big part of the service Jack provides to his PT clients. Nutrition has even turned into part of Jack???s passion within the industry and an area he wants to expand even further.

Jack grew up was playing lots of teams sports but it really wasn’t until he turned 14 and discovered kickboxing that he found what he truly enjoyed. Since then, he says he has been lucky enough to train under some amazing coaches. Jack says that his knowledge has grown considerably, along with his skills, since working at Full Throttle.
