Jack

Jack’s training interests have varied over time. He has spent nearly 10 years training as a kickboxer as well as training in functional fitness. More recently he has found an interest in powerlifting and has had some great results with this. He has also pursued further studies in nutrition which is a big part of the service Jack provides to his PT clients. Nutrition has even turned into part of Jack’s passion within the industry and an area he wants to expand even further.

Jack grew up was playing lots of teams sports but it really wasn’t until he turned 14 and discovered kickboxing that he found what he truly enjoyed. Since then, he says he has been lucky enough to train under some amazing coaches. Jack says that his knowledge has grown considerably, along with his skills, since working at Full Throttle.
