Full Throttle GiveBack Program
We strive to be actively involved in our community and give back as much as possible. Some of the ways we have engaged and given back to our gym family and our wider community can be found below.
2019
- Supported Muscle Up for Muscular Dystrophy Charity Fight Night #5
- Ran regular youth boxing groups for young people being supported by Y.Engage youth service
2018
- Donated gifts to Communities@work Christmas gift collection drive
- Participated in Y.Engage youth service???s Launch Festival
- Supported Muscle Up for Muscular Dystrophy Charity Fight Night #4
- Continuing to run youth boxing groups for young people involved with Y.Engage youth service and the Ted Noffs Foundation
- Hosted a 24hour boxing fundraiser event and donated a large amount of boxing equipment to MuloMulo Boxing Club in Nadi, Fiji
- Participated in PCYC (Erindale) Fight Night
2017
- Visited MuloMulo Boxing Club in Nadi (Fiji)
- Hosted a guest boxing session in May to support up and coming boxers with Don Abnett from Boxing Australia
- Joined with Wolfys VIP and Best Friends Gungahlin to host the Gungahlin Dogs Day out and raised over $300 for ACT Rescue and Foster who look after dogs who have??not yet found a fur-ever home
- Participated in the Celebrate Gungahlin Festival and gave away 3 Full Access Memberships
- Held a free boxing session for young people as part of celebrating Youth Week
- Attended Harrison School Youth Week Expo
- Started hosting MEGA Canberra Mums fitness group sessions
- Hosted nutrition and motivation information seminars
- Hosted boxing seminar and workshop with former Australian Champion Bianca Elmir
- Supported Muscle Up for Muscular Dystrophy Charity Fight Night #3
2015 – 2016
- Official Open Day in September 2016. On this day, we raised over $600 for the??Leukaemia Foundation
- Donated money from every new membership throughout the month of October to BeyondBlue and promoted active living for mental and physical health
- Registered to support Companion Card holders
- Ran a regular boxing session for young people struggling with substance use issues through the Ted Noffs Foundation and Street University
- Participated in headspace Canberra???s Youth Homelessness Hygiene Pack Drive
GiveBack Memberships
We give away 2 free annual memberships for individuals who are interested in boxing??training but have barriers preventing them from being able to afford a membership. These GiveBack memberships include:
- A full access membership providing admission to all group sessions available on the timetable for 12 months and opportunities to train in the gym during opening hours
- A pair of boxing gloves
- A full throttle shirt / jumper
- Ongoing support from our coaches
The first GiveBack membership is specifically for a young person aged 12-25 years.
The second is open to anyone living in the ACT and surrounding regions who is being supported by a community service.

GiveBack Supporters Membership
We also want to support those who spend their days supporting vulnerable people in our community. So! We also offer a 6-month Full Access membership to an individual??working in the community sector.
This membership includes:
- A pair of boxing gloves
- A full throttle shirt / jumper
- A 6 month full access membership providing admission to all group sessions available on the timetable and opportunities to train in the gym during opening??hours
